I&#39;m not sure you choose a color, as the photo is a minion brush in yellow. That is what I got.

I gave this toothbrush to my 7 year old granddaughter. She loves it! She said it is smaller than her last one so it is easier to hold. It made her teeth feel sparkly! Her parents are fanatical about their teeth so we are very excited to have this product! It runs off batteries. She is not there every day so the toothbrush should last a long time. She loves the Minion theme. The downside to me is not being able to change the brush heads. Encourage your child to brush his/her teeth by purchasing a cool looking and efficient toothbrush!

Fun brushing her teeth!

I selected the Colgate Kids Minions Battery Powered Toothbrush for use by one of our great grandchildren when they visit our home. We have two great grandchildren so we purchased a similar Colgate Transformers Battery Powered Extra Soft Tooth Brush so that each child would have their own battery powered toothbrush from Wal-Mart. We chose a different character so that the children could identify their own toothbrush. The youngest is into Minions and the oldest is a big Transformer fan. That made the decision as to which child received which toothbrush easy. As far as we can tell, except for the character printed on these two toothbrushes they are identical. We obtained two tubes of children's toothpaste so each child would have their own from Wal-Mart. The combination makes a nice set.

The Colgate Kids Minions Battery Powered Toothbrush is attractive, cute and functional. The handle is nicely shaped and sized for small hands. The toothbrush is powered by two (2) AAA Alkaline batteries. The image of a Minion character blazed onto the handle, The “On-Off” switch is conveniently placed on the handle. A removable end cap on the handle is provided for battery replacement.

When our great grandchildren arrived we gave them each a battery powered toothbrush & toothpaste. They recognized the action characters and thought it was cool. They had to immediately try out the battery powered toothbrush. Both children, ages 7 and 3 had no difficulty operating the battery powered toothbrush. The biggest issue we had was that the children wanted to brush their teeth 24 hours a day. They were here for 3 days and the toothbrush received a big workout and the batteries did not have to be replaced, battery life may be pretty good.

Our granddaughter was so impressed with the way the kids took to the battery powered toothbrush and toothpaste that she was going to purchase both from Wal-Mart when they return home.

The Kids Like It!!!!!!!!!

Who would of thought that adding a battery to a toothbrush could make it so "fun" to brush your teeth? My grand-daughter already liked brushing her teeth, but now that her toothbrush moves and vibrates like her parents' toothbrushes, she absolutely LOVES brushing her teeth! What's nice is that the battery was included, so that was one less thing to think about. It has an easy to turn switch so turning it on is effortless and it's not too heavy. She's 2 and-a-half years old and was able to hold it on her own. We thought it might be too big, but it was perfect for her size mouth, too. The bristles go in circles and are soft enough and not too hard on her gums, since she still has her molars that need to grow in. The minion design is our favorite, too, since the characters elude "fun", so we're glad we chose that theme. The plastic used seems sturdy and the colors are bright and unisex, so could be used by a boy or girl. All in all, I would say this toothbrush is a hit for us! I doubt very much if we'll ever go back to a manual toothbrush for her.

Brings toothbrushing to a whole new level

We love Colgates power toothbrushes. We feel like the kids get a great brush using these. They're powerful enough to do the job but not too powerful that they bother the kids. Our kids have used these for a while and have never complained. The power button works very easily which is great to us because we've had other brands that the kids have struggled with. The only feature that would improve this toothbrush is if it shut off automatically after 2 minutes of brushing. The Minions design is adorable and is great for any Minions lover.

Great toothbrush

I adore anything with Minions because my four-year-old son loves them so much. It is great that those little yellow characters are on everything now. My son's little face lit up when he saw the Minions toothpaste and toothbrush!

The toothbrush has a simple pattern, mostly yellow with stripes of darker golden yellow, with a band of white and pastel bubbles. There is a cute little happy looking minion featured towards the bottom. Underneath the character, the word "Colgate" is printed. The toothbrush takes two AAA batteries, and it comes with them already installed. Since they are standard batteries, they can be replaced by removing the base. A tiny screw securely holds the base in places, so a phillips screwdriver is required. The battery life is pretty good. So far, I have not needed to replace the batteries.

My son loves to brush his teeth, but his is terrified of that "loud thing" that the dentist uses to clean teeth. So, I wasn't sure he would be too into the idea of an electric toothbrush. I got the chance to review this product for free, so I figured I would find out. He loved the toothbrush before I turned it on, but after I turned it on, he actually loved it even more! The only problem is that he wants to brush his teeth all the time. He even tried to smuggle the toothbrush out of the bathroom.

My son wants to brush his teeth all day

The Colgate Minion powered toothbrush is a great buy! My seven year old son loves it and it makes brushing fun for him! I love the fact that it comes with batteries already installed; on the other hand, battery operated anything in our house does not last very long. Unless it is AA OR AAA, we rarely replace them. Thankfully, they will probably last as long as the toothbrush does until it is worn out and it does have two AAA batteries. It has extra soft bristles so it is good on his gums that have lost their baby teeth and making way for his adult ones. I try to make him take care of his teeth and make it fun, so he does not mind brushing them with the fun minion decal. He even loves pushing the button to turn the vibration on for power cleaning, so he thinks. The yellow color is vibrant and my son calls it "banana yellow" which coincides with the Minions banana song. It does the trick of getting his teeth cleaned and making a kid want to brush! It is also nice that it lays flat so kids can put toothpaste on it without having to chase it around or have toothpaste fall off. He said he would tell his friends about it and they probably would be influenced by him having one. I would definitely buy it myself and recommend to others.

Fun and appealing way to get kids to brush!

I love this toothbrush. Both children have one and I also have one. The bristles are soft. Love the massage of the brush. Feels really good. Only problem is that it stopped working after about 1 month. Tried to change the batteries and it still didn't work. This happens with two of our brushes. I'm so upset that I have to buy two new toothbrushes after just one month. Battery compartments looked fine. Frustrating.

Thank goodness the movie Despicable Me came out as an alternative to all the "Girl's should learn to obey" princess movies. Then again I am much less likely to succumb to a princess toothbrush for my little girl therefore keeping more character items out of the house. Little one loves the minion toothbrush, a smooth barreled affair with a spinning head that is so loud I mistook it for my husband's beard trimmer when I heard it from another room for the first time. Hilarious soundtrack plays as I run into bathroom alarmed to check. Beyond the loud motor this is a nice enough beginner electric toothbrush model, with careful supervision it does a great job of removing even red juice stains from teeth. If alternate bristle toughness becomes available I would definitely spring for softer bristles for young gums and teeth and stock up on batteries to keep a young girl in Minion happyland.
